Booking a professional carpet and upholstery clean has never been easier! At Carpet Cleaning Holloway we do not require an assessment visit. Evaluation is made over the phone and the technicians conduct the clean on the first visit, saving you time and worries.
When calling for a quote or a booking you may be asked to provide the following information:
- full post code of the property;
- which are the carpeted areas which need attention;
- which piece of furniture would you like to have cleaned;
- do you know what is the material of the carpet/upholstery and has it been cleaned professionally before;
- are there stains and what is the origin (if known)? How old are the stains and have you tried to remove them yourself.
- is there water and electricity in the property;
- what is the most convenient time to meet the cleaners. Cleanings are conducted seven days a week. First cleaning of the day is at 8 o’clock and the last one starts at 4 pm. Kindly note that the hot water extraction machine and vacuum cleaner might be a bit noisy and book accordingly in order to avoid any inconvenience.
- What is the parking availability around the property?
When calling to reschedule a booked service please do so as soon as you can to avoid any cancellation fees. Also, kindly consider the most suitable time for the rescheduled service.
When calling to leave a feedback for our work or the work of a specific technician, please inform us with the full post code of your property, the time and date when the cleaning took place. Any feedback will be taken into account and added to the evaluation of the cleaners.
